BBQ Play Food Collection Part #6: Hot Dog

#4 Med Weight Yarn Colours #3, 4, 6, 7 & 13 from the colour chart found in the introduction post or the printable ad free version on Etsy and Ravelry.

Work in continuous rounds, do not join, use a marker for the first stitch of each round, move it up each round.

Rnd 2: sc inc in ea st (12)
Rnd 3-25: sc in ea st
Rnd 26: sc dec around, FO, sew closed. (6)
Hotdog Mustard/Ketchup
Colours #6,7 – make one of ea colour

Sl st in 2nd ch, *2 sc inc, 3 sc dec* rep twice, 3 sc inc, sl st, FO, weave in ends
Hotdog bun
After round 5 the top portion of the bun is shown in brackets.
Weave in ends as you go.
Colour #3
Rnd 1: Ch 21, work through one loop, sc inc in 2nd ch sp, 18 sc, sc inc in last st, work around the opposite side of starting ch, sc inc, 18 sc, sc inc in last st, do not join, work in continuous rnds (44)
Rnd 2: sc inc in the next 2 sts, 18 sc, 4 sc inc, 18 sc, 2 sc inc (52)
Rnd 3: *sc inc, sc, sc inc*, 20 sc, rep between * twice, 20 sc, rep between * once (60)
Rnd 4-5 (7): sc in ea st.
Rnd 6 (8): bp sc in ea st. (60)
Do not FO top bun, leave yarn on the outside, you will use this to attach the 2 pieces together.
Change to colour #4
Rnd 7 (9): *sc dec, sc, sc dec*, 20 sc, rep between * twice, 20 sc, rep between *once. (52)
Rnd 8 (10): 2 sc dec, 18 sc, 4 sc dec, 18 sc, 2 sc dec. (44)
Rnd 9 (11): sc dec, 18 sc, 2 sc dec, 18 sc, sc dec, sl st to join. (40), FO leave a long tail.
Fill with stuffing and sew opening shut with a Whipstitch through FLO
Place the pieces together and slst down one side through the row of bp sts, FO
