Our family’s Elf on the shelf has been roaming around the house for a few days and the kids are loving it! This year our elf is sporting some new yarn made accessories, so of course I had to share the pattern. - Med Worsted #4 Yarn
- 4 mm crochet hook or hook size that fits your elf.
- Light weight #3 Yarn (for chefs hat and apron)
- Mini Pompom maker or your favourite technique
- 8” piece of ½” wide ribbon
- Scissors

Make a mini pompom and attach it to the hat.
Scarf
Notes:
- Work in Rows, turn after each row.
- Increase or decrease starting chain if you would like a shorter or longer scarf
- Med Worsted #4 Yarn
Ch 52
Row 1: dc in 3rd ch from hook and ea ch across.
Row 2: ch 2, turn, dc in ea st across, FO.
Cut 12-15 pieces 4-5” long to loop around the ends to make fringe .

Apron
Notes:
- Work in Rows, turn after each row.
- 4mm hook – #3 yarn
- Weave ribbon through every other dc in row 10 or you can ch 30 and use that instead.
Ch 20
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in the next 5 sts, the remaining chain will be sewn to make the neck strap, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 2-5: sc in ea st, ch 1, turn. (6)
Row 6: sc inc, 4 sc, sc inc, ch 1, turn. (8)
Row 7- 9: sc in ea st, turn. (8)

Row 1: dc in the fifth ch from hook, *ch 1, skip ch st, dc in next ch,* rep from * to end of ch, dc in the last st. (9 dc – ch 4 counts as a dc + ch)
Row 2: ch 4 (counts as a dc + ch), turn, *dc in next dc from prev row, skp ch st, ch 1* rep to the last st, skp first ch st of turning ch, dc in st.
Row 3-12: rep row 2
Row 13: ch 3 (counts as a st), turn, *dc in next dc from previous row, skp ch sts, DO NOT ch between sts* rep to the last st, skp first ch st of turning ch, dc in st.
Row 14: ch 3 (counts as a st), turn, dc dec 4 times, work last sts in to the top of the ch 3 from prev row. (5 sts)
Row 15: ch 1, turn, sc dec, sc, sc dec (3 sts)

Join to the opposite end of work to the first stitch of the starting ch from row 1. Repeat from row 13-17 on the opposite end of work, FO, weave in ends.
